Rumor: Call of Duty Black Ops 2 in 2012?

Activision has multiple Black Ops domain names registered,

Call of Duty is a name gamers see over and over, and with good reason—it makes Activision a ton of money. Since Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, each subsequent game in the series has topped the previous entry in sales. Bethesda Wins Lawsuit Over Fallout

Interplay no longer has a license to develop a Fallout MMO.

In what is surely the first huge story of 2012, it was announced today that Bethesda Softworks has won the rights to the entire Fallout franchise, lock, stock, and barrel. Diablo III Faces Opposition by Korean Ratings Board

A delay in Korea could mean a delay everywhere.

We’re getting closer and closer to that fabled “early 2012” release of Diablo III. In fact, it seems like the hotly-anticipated dungeon crawler from Blizzard may be getting here sooner, as the company has submitted the game to be rated in Korea. The company has sent three submissions to the ratings board, with the first two coming back rejected and the third in discussion. PixlTalk Episode 48: Storytellers, Vol. 1

Listen to Crew 2 talk about maturity in game storytelling in very immature ways!

Welcome to the second episode of PixlTalk Crew 2! Jason (of PB & Jason fame) sits in with the traditional trio of Julian, Rob, and Patrick. We discuss the maturing of story in video games, starting with the intriguing target footage of Rainbow Six: Patriots. That leads us into some debate over the merit of the Call of Duty series before things get really heated over Heavy Rain. Then we put on our silk robes and crank some Barry White as we discuss romance in games, with a focus on Half Life, Mass Effect, Dragon Age, and...Zelda. Wait, what?
