Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together Review

While a remake, this solid tactics game is one that fans of the genre shouldn't miss.

Tactics Ogre is what you might call a “Tactics RPG.” This means that it’s like an RPG in every way except that battles occur on a pseudo-3D grid. If you’ve ever played Final Fantasy Tactics you’ll know what to expect. I’ve even seen an ad for Tactics Ogre that explicitly said “from the creators of Final Fantasy Tactics.” It’s practically a sequel. Right off the bat I can tell you that if you like that game, you’re definitely going to like this one.

Dissidia 012 [duodecim] Final Fantasy Review

Advent Children: The Game (feat. Kefka)

Dissidia 012, as you probably already know, is an RPG/fighting hybrid which pits characters from various Final Fantasy titles against each other. The deities Cosmos and Chaos have summoned all the greatest heroes and villains from the series to fight as their own personal armies, and the characters’ memories have been erased, so they don’t remember anything about their origins. It’s kind of depressing, actually.

According to "reliable sources" a new Nintendo console is on the way.

Big news came today for the gaming community as reports came in that Nintendo will be announcing a brand new console at E3, or maybe even sooner.

April Fools '11 - Review: Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days

Given the new direction provided by Square Enix, Kane & Lynch has progressed in unimaginable ways.

It’s not every day that you stumble across a game with such amazingly progressive ideas that the majority of the game industry just doesn’t “get it.” It’s impressive, to say the least, with what Square Enix has managed to do with Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days. Avante garde in design, the game’s cover mechanics turn the standard shooter formula on its head. Couple this with the interesting graphical design and it’s clear that players are in for a real treat.

Combat of Giants: Dinosaurs 3D Preview

Step your little foot into this land before time, a time full of carnage.

The Combat of Giants series in a nutshell consists of a gathering of whatever enormous creatures man can muster up and then pitting them against each other to the death. These games have been historically based on dragons, mutant insects, or in the case of this game, dinosaurs. But for the first time ever, Ubisoft Montreal is bringing all the carnage and frenzy into eye popping 3D.

Say everyone, do you want to have a bit of negativity on your visit here to PixlBit? Well you are in luck! Today, I am going to talk to you about a little something I like to call “Ass Talking”. “Ass Talking” is basically read as “talking out of your ass,” which also means “spewing shit out of your mouth.” Are you finding it hard to take me seriously when I talk about ass and shit and ass shit talking for an entire paragraph? Iwata GDC Keynote Reveals 3DS Information and New Super Mario Title

Netflix on 3DS, Super Mario 3DS, Game Gear and TurboGrafx on 3DS Virtual Console, and eShop in late May are the highlights.

Today, Iwata keynoted the Game Developer's Conference on the challenges of development and producing social experiences that are "Must Have." While the speech was largely intended for developers, Reggie Fils-Aime took the stage to reveal various bits of information about the 3DS.
