I was wondering about the Epic Mickey game. And I have the same issues wth the joycon controllers, so I bought a Switch Pro controller a couple of years ago. I am very glad I did, it was well worth the price.

Kinda makes a person want to play offline, doesn't it?
Well tell him congrats from a fan of the podcast.
I *might* have thown a controller while playing at least once.
I recognize which brother this is by his voice. I wondered if it would be your cohost for your podcast before I watched the video.
I don't see myself buying a Switch 2 anytime in the near future. I can't justify a game system that costs almost as much as a month's rent for me, especially as I near retirement and my car is aging. Still plenty of life left in my current Switch.
Prince of Persia predates Aladdin by four years. Also, the SNES version of Aladdin was the better of the two, according to everything I've been reading. The controls were smoother and the graphics were better.
Taz-Mania was one of the few platformers I beat on the Genesis. One of the others was a Ren & Stimpy game, mainly, I think, because it had the option to choose the difficulty, and I picked the easiest one. Rocket Knight, I could make it to the final boss, and I could get close, but I never beat him.
Pretty sure the original Prince of Persia game came before Aladdin, but I'd have to check the dates. My brother got it for me for my birthday or Christmas what seems like a billion years ago. Never made it past the third level.
I have Zau, but haven't tried it yet.
That was my favorite FF game. I got the bundle and finished that one and started 2, and then lost interest. I might get back to it this summer, after I finish DQ III and my replay of BG&E.
In Aladdin, I did fine until the level where you had to escape from the Cave of Wonders on the magic carpet. In Lion King, it was the level with the thorns and the hyenas. Again, I played these before there were walkthroughs and YouTube videos, so it might be different now.
