I am indefatigably playing Earth Defense Force: Insect Armageddon. I even played it while the Eagles/Arizona football game was on Mark's TV. I can't stop - just one more achievement. First, though, I secured the ownership of Games with Gold freebies, Sacred 3 on Xbox 360 and Thief on Xbox One. The rest was a big ol' bug hunt.

Kind of a bad year for me really. I was fighting what I found out later was carbon monoxide poisoning from my car. I had bad fatigue in my neck and eyes. Also I couldn't find a bed that let me sleep well at night. I finally got one I liked, but in the meantime, I had injured my back and I'm still not quite right even after a new workout routine, better diet and sleep. Ah life, sometimes it just up and tries to kill you. That being said, I did enjoy a bunch of media despite all that. Here's some selections.

The fourth day was included in my last blog, so this is the fifth day I've gone to Gamestop to partake in their buy-2-get-3-free sale on toys-to-life figures (see picture below).

I had a pretty good day today. Mark and I took a trip to the Mall, saw some Nintendo stuff, got some Skylanders and had some Chick-fil-a. Then we returned to his place and played Starship Troopers - oops - I mean, Earth Defense Force: Insect Armageddon, perhaps for the last time.

I had planned on picking up some more Skylanders today, but didn't. I just played a whole lot of Earth Defense Force: Insect Armageddon with Mark and some randoms online.

I got five more Skylanders figures on the buy-2-get-3-free sale at Gamestop today. The total cost was $12. I got the last two core Giants figures I needed, and three from Spyro's Adventure. See pic below:
