Oklahoma Senator William Fourkiller (D) is attempting to introduce a bill that would levy a one percent excise tax against the sale of any and all violent video games in his home state.
Introducing a whole new area made specifically for the game, Riverspring. Game of Thrones will be available for the PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 on May 15, 2012.
The news was revealed in an investor meeting.
Netflix CEO Reed Hastings told a Q4 investor meeting yesterday that Netflix has no plans to offer a video games rental service. Hastings didn't offer more details as to why the company scrapped its plans, nor did he say whether or not they have plans to do so in the far future.

Apps! Apps! Apps! Best Buy and Hooked Media have launched an app development contest for the Android marketplace! The “Get Discovered!” contest is open to all game developers and, using Hooked Media's design platform, will be able to monitor the metrics and analytics of their game, should it make it to the marketplace. The contest is a great opportunity for developers of all sizes, as all apps will garner some form of promotion on the marketplace, with those receiving higher scores going further in the competition.
