Mass Effect 3: Rebellion Pack DLC Confirmed

More Free Mass Effect 3 DLC Incoming.

Confirming the rumors that leaked out a few weeks ago, Mass Effect 3's next multiplayer focused DLC entitled: Rebellion is confirmed for release on Tuesday, May 29th (or Wednesday, May 30th for Europe PSN users) for the PC, Xbox 360 and PS3. Best part about this DLC is that it is again free of charge, assuming you already have activated your Mass Effect 3 online pass.

XCOM Shooter Delayed to Take-Two's Fiscal 2014

Once set to be released this year, the FPS is drifting farther and farther away.

Hot off the heels of the release date for the strategy game XCOM: Enemy Unknown, Take-Two has announced that XCOM, the first person shooter take on the strategy franchise, has been delayed into "fiscal 2014." The news was announced during Take-Two's annual earnings call.

Following the delay of the XCOM FPS, 2K Games announced earlier this year its plans to release XCOM: Enemy Unknown, a game more like the beloved strategy franchise it was based on. Project X Zone may be one of the most ambitious crossover titles to date.  The strategy-RPG-fighter is poised to set iconic characters of major Japanese publishers Capcom, Namco Bandai and Sega against each other in a battle for supremacy.  With three behemoths coming together and mixing their IPs in this lovely video game soup, one begins to wonder exactly who would get developer duties on the project.  Would it be Capcom?  Namco Bandai?  Sega?

Trials Evolution Review

Climbing the ramp of difficulty is fun until that ramp becomes a wall.

There’s a delicate balance in game design between challenge and fun.  Trials Evolution nails this fragile give-and-take so well right from the beginning that it is a huge disappointment when it all tumbles muffler over helmet into a frustrating set of boring races.  Be not deterred, though, because the ride up to that turning point along with gratifying online racing and cool user-created content make Trials Evolution a fantastic game.

3DS Enhancement Applications Revealed for Pokemon Black & White Version 2

Real Pokéfreaks now have four games to buy this fall.

If you’ve been struggling to keep up with the outpouring of Pokémon spin-offs, supplements, and apocryphal adventures, then get prepared to be completely overwhelmed.  The next mainline games being released (Pokémon White Version 2 and Pokémon Black Version 2) were announced in February and many were shocked that they were destined for the DS platform instead of the newer 3DS. We have now received word from Nintendo that 3DS owners will be able to augment their Pokémon Black/White Version 2 games with the eShop exclusive title: Pokémon Dream Radar.  Additionally, an exhaustive version of the free Pokédex 3D application will be available for purchase in the eShop – Pokédex 3D Pro – that will contain every Pokémon from the property’s enormous catalog.

People can't get enough of mining and building.

Minecraft for the Xbox 360 is already wildly successful - the port has managed to be profitable in just one hour. Since then, the XBLA title has now sold more than one million copies in five days, breaking the record recently set by Trials Evolution.
