Light Shed on White Knight Chronicles Sequel

White Knight Chronicles 2 will feature battle upgrades, new abilities, an epic story, and more awesome.

With White Knight Chronicles 2 revealed on Tokyo Game Show, more information has been uncovered about the anticipated Japanese sequel thanks to Andriasang.

The story is a direct sequel to the original as the party from the first game unlocks the secret of the 10,000-year-old Dogma War.

Main character Leonard has formed a contract with one of five giant knights. As part of his battle with the Wizard people who aimed to gather all the knights, Leonard and his allies unlocked the secrets of the Dogma War, a great war that took place 10,000 years before. This new tale will be grand in scope and feature more locales.

Once again, you'll create your own avatar to play as in the story and use in the network mode. This time around, your avatar will play a more pivotal role in the story.

Also, your avatar ll be able to transform, something you weren't able to do in the first White Knight Chronicles game. In addition to that, there will be a new transformation, "Tsukihime," who is a long-range attacker.

The battle system will see multiple upgrades and it looks like your party will include up to six people, which is more than the original.

White Knight Chronicles EX recently came out in Japan, and we're still waiting for a North American release date, although it is currently slated for Q1 2010.

The person I'm referring to is, of course, Michael Alvarado, otherwise known as Michael117.
