I'm sorry to hear that, cause NBA Jam on SNES was awesome.
I've enjoyed the arcadey basketball titles I've played and have always been a damn good basketball shooter, especially when I was younger, thanks to always shooting on our driveway hoop. I was never a physical player though, so my "awesome streak" became less awesome towards the end of junior high.
Then again, maybe Texas locations, Dallas/Ft. Worth specifically are just not the same quality? I dunno. No one in the area seems to understand what the big deal is.
The hiking part sounds great, though, I am glad you are enjoying some nice weather.
Thing is, I don't dislike In N' Out burgers, I just do not see the big deal about them for the life of me. They are just not that top-notch at all to my taste buds.

Everyone seems to be praising Rayman games like the second-coming of platforming glory, so I'll definitely need to get on that at some point.

I've only ever finished MGS 1 and 2. I really need to play 3. I'm not sold on Peace Walker, cause doesn't it have some odd JRPG system? I can't remember. Set me straight if not.

I need to play the next in the Arkham series, as I've only played Asylum. Dragon's Crown looks cool and I also want to play a Saint's Row game at some point.

Yeah, I know, but that doesn't have to keep me from knowing in my heart of hearts that whatever pops out for the Garbage CD is therefore the Garbage Monster. 
I remember Playstation being involved in the cartoon's opening somehow. That's all I remember about it. That and it reminded me of that show Creepy Crawlers with the kid with the red baseball cap on backwards.
