I downloaded and finished the game. It is pretty brilliant actually. I love the music and presentation. I got a complete game experience in a small package! Also, congrats on your first official staff post!

I actually like DC2 more than 1. It's more of an action game and quite fun and sort of a deviation from the first game which is traditional survival horror. That's why I'm being loose withe genre.
Well, I like horror games in general so it's never too soon.
You find the game too hard or uninteresting? It's a really great well-rounded experience all around.
It would be great to see impressions from horror type games I haven't played yet. I will read.
Keep the lights on. LOL!
I still have the first Mega Man Gameboy game cartridge. I think I played that more than console Mega Man because I loved that it was portable. I was personally obsessed with Mega Man 2 on NES when it came out, but I was still very young at the time and just remember the music and colors.
This is an interesting post because I was always under the assumption that trolls in multiplayer games were all children, but this reminds me that, no, trolls are assholes of any age and part of the reason I've always avoided multiplayer games, except for MMOs, but even then dungeons can turn to shit storms of of F bombs and rage quits making you lose progress.
This also reminds me of some Heros of the Storm streams where I was watching a stream of friends who were very abusive towards each other which really left a bad impression about the game. While it's being hailed as a MOBA for casuals, that stream reminded me that, no, it isn't , and trolls are even in supposed easy fun games.
I'm more into retro and RPGs anyhow. I haven't been sold on Rocket League yet, or any team game actually.
Well I really hope this thing works out for you. Since hardly anyone has time to read articles anymore, the logical next step is to do audio and honestly, you should have done a podcast a long time ago. I think you and Joe would be a great duo personally. I believe in this so much in fact that I don't mind getting in on some conversations about gaming if you want to practice with a 3rd person on Skype or whatever you're planning to do. I don't know if I can commit to a podcast, but count on me if you want help to practice, experiment with your format. I've mostly been playing JRPGs recently if you care about that genre at all.
In any case, if you want any help just message me. I'm all for this!
Kings Quest is pretty streamlined and approachable. I think they tried to make the game easier for casuals. I haven't played games in the series before, and I was intrigued by the visual art style. Kind of looks like those Clone Wars cartoons. It's got that 3D cell shaded look like the TellTale games but it's more puzzley adventure than dialog trees from TellTale. Well, I liked it at least. You should be able to get an impression of it on Youtube.
