True. I clicked on a PS4share video of MG and it was a later mission and had stuff in it I was surprised to see, the few seconds that I saw. Spoiled without spoiler tags. It's hard to avoid all of it since a lot of people are playing it.

Wait, so is that conversation gone forever? Oh no!
Home Designer comes out in a week? OMG! Also, lovely Metal Gear anecdotes. Than you for sharing!
The cost and time thing is understandable. They game will still be great once the price goes down and it is super long. It is a perfect game for a gaming drought in the winter or summer.
That new Destiny demo pulled me into the level cap non-stop. If I owned the game, I'd be grinding away to end game with a pot of coffee and racoon eyes. It's dangeous!
Well there is a very riduculously insane prologue/movie that also serves as a sort of tutorial before dropping you into a sandbox that completely changes tone immediately. I've reached the next main area, after the first, and I haven't seen much story at all. It's purely gameplay so far, mostly. There is way more story content very prominently displayed during previous games. Its a pretty radically different direction for the series for sure.
Did something happen to the podcast? I'm interested in hearing you guys talk about phantom pain now, and no, you don't need to play the previous games before this one. It's pretty self contained as far as I've seen. Actually, going back afterwards might help you enjoy it more.
Officialy, it's called II.8. They have to keep up the title tradition like DreamDropDistance and 357/28 days or whatever. I actually liked DDD on 3DS, and I want to play it in HD now.
Yeah, I pretty much agree with this. Witcher 2 & 3 outperformend DA 2&3 by a large margin, even though I still defend DA2. Also, there is already an MMO out called 'Rift' that has the same game mechanic, closing rifts on the world map so I kind of feel like I've seen it all before. The story is interesting though.
I've only ever done side quests if they are required to push the main story, although many of them in Witcher 3 were very good and kind of outclass every other RPG. I'd say that what I've played of Pillars of Eternity is also really well done.
Yes. Which is why I feel I should have played DA:I earlier. Witcher 3 stands out even more now. Outside of cutscenes, DA:I feels rather dull, fun combat, but very padded.
