Played warframe last year, it got too Grindy for me and asshole community so quit. Victor vran was ok, but needs polishing I think. C.P. is very good. The last game was a pure visual novel, but this new one is more like 1995 survival horror with 3D exploration, except voice acting is superb, but in Japanese. It has a giant anime baby head char design, but pretty good. Too bad about the podcast. Seems there is so much going on that a podcast is the best way to dump it all in. It would suck if you faded away from gaming and internet.

And I really do like S.K., but point being, I would have ignored indie games in the past and just stuck to retro and console games if you hadn't blogged about them. Im playing mgs5 right now, but also enjoying little games in between. What happened to the podcast? I'm playing parasite eve ps1 and corpse party on psp. What have you been up to? I'm looking forward to binding of Isaac update too. So much to write about. So so much...

My blogs are more like stream of consciosness posts. I rarely re read them, and I'm probably wrong about things all the time. Having a smaller community makes it easier to respond to everyone and have a conversation, although I currently have like 99 unread blogs, but I will eventually scan through them at least. And actually I was gonna give games a rest this year, but you convinced me how stupid of an idea that was and it was worth exploring new and indie games, which I was quite snobbish about in the past.

Okay, tell me more. I'm not saying the game is bad, but there seems to be a gate for entry that I mentioned, but if you are convinced that the changes are good, I might need to rethink. I actually loved the emptiness of the starting area, felt very spooky like stalker game, and the patrols were pretty fun, but it was pretty lonely. I'll await your full review with interest then.

I don't have destiny. I played the new demo but don't want to sub and buy the full game if I'm not that into it anyway. I'd have to put down120+ US dollars to play it. I can't see myself playing more than a month or two. It also seems to be designed for MP. 

This is why I held off on buying a PS4 for so long. so far most of the flash sales have benefitted PS3 and vita users. I remember PS3 having $20 AAA games after the first or second year, not so much with PS4, and indie games are way too expensive. I was pissed off when I found out I had to have a PSN sub to play co op in samurai warriors 4? Also for co op in Destiny? Fuck you Sony! I hope I don't need PSN for battlefront, just omg NO! And when cant we get PS2 and PS1 games working on PS4 yet?

I still hesitate to do digital downloads, especially for newer games because of the space requirement mostly. I've mostly only done it with indie or PSN games that don't have physical copies available. I'm playing MGSV on PC, which is a download on Steam, assuming I never have issues with my account, I guess it will be available? I guess? And it's odd because I own physical copies and remakes of all the other MG games except for the newer one. 

Ya. After playing through several hours, it would be difficult to discuss any of it without questions or spoilers. It's quite the odd game.

Where are you with Metal Gear games? Are you a fan at all? Just wondering.

Ya. I'm trying to wrap my head around the whole thing. So much WTF going on, but in a good way. It's pretty fun, and intense sometimes.
