I played Silver Star Harmony on a rental years ago. I finished it and really liked it but it seemed almost too easy. There were probably skill levels to choose from though and maybe I put it in some easy mode. I forget.

Soul Calibur Legends sounds interesting. Your description makes me think of Mortal Kombat Shaolin Monks, a game I really liked.

Sounds like a Borderlands character who would be in love with a serial killer but only see her as cupid. Kind of Shakespearean, now I think of it. He had lots of characters who saw only what they wanted to see. Maybe Midsummer Nights Dream was all about that?
