As you can probably tell, I'm not really into survival horror games.  But I do like a scary (not gross) story every once in a while.

I don't have any good reasons, but I think that Jill (Sandwich) Valentine is cool.

I like ghost stories, so I did try to play and review the first Fatal Frame game.  I think I would've liked it a lot better if your character didn't move like she just got out of bed and is still half asleep.  Even when ghosts were chasing her, she just plodded along.

One game I'm really enjoying right now I think you would like.  It's called Child of Light.

It may not be the best Mario Kart game, but it has the best graphics of any Nintendo game I've seen.

Darius is one of my favorte shooter series.  I rented this a couple of times back in the day.  Had a few catchy tunes.  Have you played any of the other Darius games?

I liked the old Iron Chef Japanese cooking show  My favorite was Chef Yellow.  I called him "Chef Sweaty."

Even though they're almost the same game, I prefer G-Darius over Darius Gaiden because of the ship capturing mechanic.  You could even capture mini-bosses and use them as shields, bombs, use their secondary fire, or use them to charge your boss-killing super laser.

Like I said before, Darius is one of my favorite shooter series even since I played the first one in arcades that had the three screen long cabinet.  And the first level music of Darius, "Captain Neo," is one of my top favorite game songs ever.

The co-op sounds like a good idea, but I don't really remember having much fun with it.

Yeah whenever I would go to LA for E3, I didn't really like LA itself that much.

I got the press release about Story of Seasons yesterday.  Marvelous makes the Harvest Moon games in Japan, and now that XSEED is a wholly subsiduary of Marvelous, they can publish all of Marvelous' games here in the US.  But they can't call it Harvest Moon because Natsume owns that name.  So they are going to give it the directly translated Japanese name of Farm Story: Story of Seasons.  I kind of feel bad for Natsume, though.  Harvest Moon was their claim to fame, and I wonder what they'll do now.  Natsume has always been very supportive in my game reviewing career, so I hope this change won't hinder them much.

Yeah you've heard me talk about Cleopatra Fortune before.  Had I known I would've enjoyed it that much on Taito Legends 2, I would've bought the version on the PSOne that came out earlier.  The music is pretty infectious.  Whoever that name is who did the music is probably part of Zuntata, Taito's in-house band.

While it does seem kind of weird to have an ad like that in a Mario Kart game, it doesn't really bother me that much for some reason.  Even though ads are everywhere, I can just tune them out or ignore them, so it doesn't really affect me much.  I find that Mario Kart thing more funny than anything.  The DLC in Mario Golf, on the other hand, didn't feel quite right to me, though.
