
I looked up core strength exercises on Mayo Clinic's web site and found a nice set of easy exercises that I do just after I wake up in the morning. I actually do the first set while I'm still in bed. Then I have a mat on the floor next to the bed to do some of the others. I sort of don't let myself get up without doing them. Also, being able to do some of them while still in bed makes it easy to just make them part of getting up in the morning.
