Third Playthrough of Fable II

Posted on 11/03/2017 at 08:55 PM | Filed Under Blogs

I feel the game wants me to have a family in each town. When you settle down, you gain renown and the town trusts you more. They don't know about the other towns, and your other wives. Mark had multiple wives in the same town. The wives complained some, but as long as you don't flirt with any of them in each other's presence, they settle for peaceful coexistence.

In my terrible achievement run to gain 25 hookups, I would flirt with anyone while the wife/husband was there. The wife/husband would go all crazy on me and run from the room. It was funny.

Ha! Yea. Everybody knows your evil in Fable. But somehow they don't mind all that much. They'll run from you but with a little dance or whistle, they'll come right back. Albion is very forgiving.

Super Mario Odyssey: Day One Opinion

I'm of two minds. In a way, it's good I can't spend on games and systems because I would have way too much to play. It's bad in that I can't at least rent games for Switch.

Is something broken?

I Disagree

First game that comes to mind for Love/Hate is Urban Chaos: Riot Response. It was the last game Rocksteady did before the Batman games. It got very average reviews but I loved it. I 100% the game on two systems.

Hate/Love. I hated Braid. Mainly because I hate platformers. I know that's heresy, but I'm just terrible at them and dislike repeating levels for a better score. Any game that makes me repeat a level more than a couple times gets my hate. I like the freedom to explore, to do new things. Keep me in one place too long and I fume.

100% And One Week Later: Super Mario Odyssey Review

I've become aware now that some secrets in games are made really cryptic so that you have to interact with some community or guide to find them. They know gamers look stuff up or ask other gamers for help, so now some of the secrets have to be really impossible. I like to find everything on my own. I will look up a guide sometimes, but not all the time. Sometimes I'll just stop playing because it's too much effort, and doesn't feel legitimate to me, to look something up.

Quick Hits: Chris Hands Out Candy, And 99 Cent Store Finds

Oh, I'd buy that Millenium Falcon for 99 cents. Too bad my Toys R Us just went bankrupt and won't be around anymore. Maybe I can find one at Walmart?

I think I heard some bad reviews of this game way back when, but I could be wrong and it was another similarlly titled game. It sounds like it has some good things going for it though.

Happy Halloween All

Ha ha. That's funny. I tried to see as many people in costume on Halloween as possible. I'll have to participate more next time.

I'm imagining the Switch being bigger than it is, I think. I'll get my hands on one someday.
