Those are all really highly acclaimed games actually. Everything after 10 seemed to make radical changes to combat, well X-2-12-13-15 anyhow.

The kid stuff does give it a KH, fun whimsical tone. Those magic spells are quite awesome. It's hard to judge the whole game from just one 30 min demo really. But it is KH.
Its a very nice looking and polished game. It just feels radically different from previous FF games, or in other words its a new final fantasy game with a new mechanic to get used to, like every new FF game.
Which game? 'Witch' is basically Diablo. Monster Monpiece has bite sized missions, more like a mobile game really. I love artwork design and visuals, what can I say?
and I think its from the Neptunia makers. Not surprised lol!
That's understandable. I actually played on just for the story. It's such an odd story. It looks pretty too. It's also a bit like a roguelike.
Ya. Thats it. I haven't been playing many games, and it seems all the excitement for games revolves around a new Nintendo System and VR, which isnt that exciting to be honest. I really don't want to buy more stuff to play my games. I do read your classic game reviews and enjoy them, but don't always have time to comment. I was recently playing Fire Emblem for SNES on 3DS and its pretty good. Are you using emulators or original hardware?
The main reason I bought the WiiU was for the 'off-screen' play feature and it is still fantastic. It will go down for me like the Dreamcast, which was also fantastic. I loved the WiiU for giving me the option to play full game releases on the gamepad and chill at a desk or bed. I honestly enjoyed the games on 3DS a lot more and hope they can bring all those cool portable RPGs to a unified system along with a better virtual console experience in the near future.
I want to play Nintendo games, but I don't want them split between two consoles anymore. Let me play FireEmblem, Link between worlds and Majoras Remake and Etriyan odyssey on the big screen too.
Resident Evil and Silent Hill PSOne games. These are basically always in rotation. I go back and play through these when I'm finished or bored with something else. I never played the online Outbreak games and just received RE Outbreak File #1 recently, and I'm playing through that now. I also just bought all 3 FATAL FRAME games for $1 each in the flash sale, so I will be playing that series more frequently as well.
Links Awakening I play through all the time as well. The original gameboy game.
Basically horror from PSOne PS2 era. I don't particularly enjoy walking simulators or whatever horror has become recently. I like the slow paced exploration action and item hunt/puzzles of the old days.
I also want to mention Dark Souls 1. There really is nothing else like it, despite there being Bloodborne and Dark Souls 2.
My fav Final Fantasy is 8, and I'm playing that now as well.
