I think I watched that 80's series you're talking about. And I think they did do a 90's one.
Klonoa on Wii is fantastic. It's a remake of the Klonoa PSOne title. If you have one on PS2, you have Klonoa 2, another great game. You should play them!

A lot more have been dropped than you think. I wish they would announce when they would do that more, but oh well.
Pip just came out on Wii U eShop, Steam, and iOS recently.
The gameplay ideas that they were going to use when Sonic was a bunny became Ristar later on, which is a much better game than Sonic, in my opinion.
If you can still download The Maw, I would. It's one of the best Xbox LIVE games around.
You should go back and finish The Maw because it's pretty short and easy.
Abadox really isn't that good. I'd play Life Force, Zanac, GunNac, Gun.Smoke, 1943, or better yet, The Guardian Legend instead. Those are some of my favorite NES shooters.
OK so once upon a time, Batman and Grimlock teamed up to fight the Joker! The end!
I never liked Renegade. Super Dodge Ball on the other hand, only Wii Sports is a better sports game to me.
The Shantae games are very fun. If you like NES and SNES style 2-D adventure platformers, you should try them!
As much as I praise the 80s (better music than the 90's, arcade classics), I have to say the 90's were great for gaming, too (SNES, PSOne).
I have a lot of good memories with Pilotwings on the SNES. When I first got my SNES and Pilotwings, I took it to Alabama to visit family that Christmas. My dad and his brothers stayed up to like, 5 in the morning playing Pilotwings every night we were there! They loved that game!
I didn't really like the DS version of FF4. It's not anything like the SNES version, which you should play if you want the true 90's expereince. Plus, the DS version is all in 3-D and is way too hard. While I previously played RPGs like Final Fantasy and Dragon Warrior on the NES, FF4 was truly the first game that got me into RPGs. To this day, 16-bit RPGs are my favorite.
Darkwing Duck is awesome. You should watch that. I loved the Disney Afternoon cartoons as a kid.
