You know, you're not selling me on the Xbox One here. :)

Have you played a Skylanders game before?
It's kind of weird, because other than the original Xbox, I've had all the current consoles since the Dreamcast days. So now it feels strange that I don't have an Xbox One or PS4.
I don't really like Crash games, but I'm glad Sony has a colorful, cartoony, family-friendly game in their lineup. Did you see that Crash is also going to be a guest character in the new Skylanders game? What do you think of that?
The Bioshock games can be pretty scary sometimes! Scary stuff can be fun sometimes, but 99 percent of the time, when I play a game I prefer to stick to the happy Kirby type stuff.
Aside from a couple of games, Nintendo didn't have much that really excited me, which is surprising. So for me, this year's E3 wasn't as eventful. I did write an E3 blog that I'd like to encourage you to read if you get a chance!
Just last year, the Wii U got 3 fantastic games: Splatoon, Yoshi's Woolly World, and Super Mario Maker. Shame this year may not be as good.
Most of the games you mentioned, like Yooka-Laylee and LEGO games, can be played on systems I have. Cuphead does look awesome, but I think I'd be happy just watching somebody else play it, as I hear it's super hard. It's just weird because I really loved the 360, and have no interest in their next console!
If you need suggestions of games to justify a Wii U purchase, I can help you with that. :)
I know Nintendo wanted Zelda to be their focus, but considering it's also coming to NX supposedly, you'd think they'd at least say something about it.
E3 is still the big industry show in the US. At least big enough to warrant the trip. The second biggest convention I've been to, PAX in Seattle, is about half the size (but still big).
Well this year's E3 wasn't very good for me as far as my tastes in games are concerned. If you get a chance, check out my E3 blog here. Have a great day!
