You can do it! Let go! See the ending!
Your list seems pretty spot on. I've bought all the Mario & Luigi games (sans remakes) up until Brothership but have not played Dream Team or Paper Jam yet. So I will probably get Brothership eventually because I do love this series. I remember being annoyed with some aspect of Partners in Time but can't remember what exactly anymore. I do think Bowser's Inside Story is the best but Superstar Saga is close behind it.
Hopefully that keeps you busy all month. It would be interesting to see the evolution of a certain type of game like that.
My gosh, I cannot imagine playing I Am Bread on an iPad. The controls are hard enough on the PS5. I tried the first level and the quirky awkwardness of the controls didn't bother me. That's just how the game is, right? It's unique and almost endearing. Then I needed to get into the toaster at the end of the level and that was SO HARD. I decided right there to not continue with the rest of the game (even though I did eventually get into the toaster). The game is a silly novelty but too finicky for my tastes.
That's good to hear! I should probably finally download it...
I have always wanted to play the Etrian Odyssey games but worry I won't like them since they are more mechanics-focused over story. I nearly bought that rerelease of the first game that DID add more story (Millennium Girl? Something like that?) but never got around to it. This collection is cool but what if I wind up with three games and don't like them? *SIGH* (First world problems, I know.) But regardless, the series has great music! I especially like the soundtrack for the third one.
I've gotten stuck a couple times but have only looked it up once...and it turned out to be the one spot on the map that I had not fully uncovered. Of course! At this point I think I am close to the end.
I'd be curious to hear your thoughts on Brothership. I was excited for a new Mario & Luigi game but I have not heard great things about this one.
Gato Roboto is pretty linear. I'd say give it a try if you see it on sale. I only paid a couple dollars and it was easily worth that.
