My pops never did get my older brother's and my interest in games. And he'd say so, loudly and annoyingly sometimes. My mom doesn't get it either, but she accepts it.

Yeah, pretty much, lol.
In my line of work, the increased hand-eye coordination is invaluable. I do a lot of maintenance involving all kinds of equipment, one of which is a chainsaw. You can never have too much hand-eye coordination when using a chainsaw! The other things I've noticed are better problem-solving skills and increased spatial awareness (being able to determine how much lumber, gravel, or stepping stones I'll need, as well as if something will fit into a given space). But that's just my experience.
Still have my original copy and PS1, so it will get played at some point.
Love the smudge on Checker's nose.
I had the same woes with UPS last week. They delivered my Journey soundtrack to some unknown neighbor, who was kind enough to stick it in my mailbox before they went to work the next morning. And not only was the package misdelivered, but they broke the jewelcase in half, and I'm pretty sure the CD inside didn't fare much better, but I didn't open the shrink-wrap to find out. So I had to contact Amazon, and they shipped out the replacement immediately, via the US Postal Service. Guess what? It arrived early, intact, and delivered to the correct address.
Hope your package comes soon.
Kay, your opinion and mine are pretty close on all of those points. Don't you just want to say to some people "Oh, get over yourself?"
My SO found this one for me for cheap when GameStop was dumping their PS1 games. It's a complete copy, too. I remember getting stuck at some point and going on to something else, but I liked what I'd playedf of it (other than getting stuck).
That'll be me in about a week and a half.
I think he's another one who's behind the times. Twenty years ago it would have been D&D he was lecturing about.
Cool picks, enjoyed all but one of them, and the one I wasn't so fond of I liked the music, just not the singer.
