Well, I for one have enough unplayed games to last me for the next ten years. I will not feel the hurt of not having the newest, shiniest toy toy out there, and there are plenty of used games out there to keep me playing for a long time to come.

Just how big is your backlog, anyway?
I'm not reading this blog. I plan on playing this game and I want to be surprised.
I always take the wait and see approach. At the time the PS3 came out, it was more than my rent for a month. Hard for me to justify spending that much money for an entertainment item, to be honest. Plus, there's always hardware issues in the first models to come out, one just hopes they get fixed sooner that Microsoft fixed the 360's issues.
I remember playing the first Civ game. I won once, I kept trying to get my civilization into space, but in the end, it was just so much easier to just take over the world.
Darn it, you keep digging up these cool titles and makoing my backlog bigger! I love alchemy in games - mix this, add that, and hey! presto! Something new!
Not me. No 3DS, nor yet any plans to own one.
Congrats on the job.
Someday, I will catalog all my CDs, but it will take a long time, as I think I have around 300 at this point. Vast amounts of DVDs, too, but only four blurays.
Far Cry 3 sounds way too chaotic for my taste, but you've probably deduced that I'm not a huge fan of sand box games by now. I'm also not into first person games that involve combat, both of which may be why I just never could get into Fallout 3. I do love me some Civilization Revolution, though. I like that game so much that I have it for both the 360 and the DS. I've spent more time with the DS version, though. There's something supremely satisfying about total global domination on the go.
Hayed fields. If you don't have any fields around, there won't be any bobolinks.
