Yea, I'm a whole generation behind with Nintendo stuff.

I used to watch my neice and nephew play Minecraft but it was totally different than what Mark and I do in survival mode. They played creative mode and built things, or fought pvp in various worlds set up for that purpose.
Young Souls looks good. I want that Shovel Knight three pack very much.
Into The Breach. I so want to play that. I need it to come the the other consoles.
1000 is a lot. I had given up on it after a couple hundred a few months ago, but then I stumbled upon how to gain more villagers and now I'm racing to the finish.
If I remember right, Mark and I would go in with diamond swords, bows and iron armor, all enchanted to the max. First though, you need a bow, hopefully with Infinity on it so you don't need a lot of arrows. That's the first part of the end dragon battle, destroying its ability to reheal. Then we just had whatever we could enchant on the swords like Flame or Smite and Blast Protection on the armor. There are some potions that can help a lot too like the one that gives you temporary health regen. I always liked making the fire protection potion, but that was more for enemies in the nether. If I remember right, the End Dragon breathes it's own type of damaging breath which you can bottle and make a potion out of (the type of potion I forget now). But mainly you just have to be able to dish out more damage and take more damage. There are a lot of endermen in there too which can be a problem. It's a badass fight. We used to do it over and over again because it was fun, but it's a pain getting all the ender pearls together in the real world to open the end portal. I want to do it again though.
I hear there is a AR game coming called Minecraft Earth. When i heard the words "Minecraft Earth" I got excited because I thought they had rendered the whole earth and all it's towns and cities in a Minecraft seed file. But no, it's just AR.
Mark and I always build a library to max the enchantment power. I did a sword the other day that gave me four attributes: Unbreakable III, Smite V, Knockback II and Flame I. It was nearly perfect. I'd gladly trade Knockback II for some level of Looting though. That's were it's at, the Looting attribute.
I've experimented with enchanting books first and then applying them to the item via the anvil, but it takes longer.
Ha, that's a good one. I should get a Minecraft t-shirt.
I think it's going to be kind of weird to play it again. I think I might play it on Heroic and see how far I get. I'll play permadeath. I'm not sure I want to run through the whole game again on some regular difficulty.
Well, the other day the Mason wanted clay for level 1 and stone for level 2. Both are super easy to get. Level 3 seems to vary. I had one that wanted diorite and another that wanted anthracite (did I spell that right?). I level him all the way up really quickly.
I never go for the diamond armor because diamond is too rare. I rather go for an enchantement table and build a library around it to max its power. Then I enchant everything starting with my sword. Mark and I both beat the End Dragon and found the End City that way.
At one point I wanted to make a Golem but it seems the game spawns one pretty quickly on its own now. We had two spawn in the town we were adding villagers to. I think it might be keyed to number of villagers because I've never seen two golems in a village before that I didn't make myself.
That phone controller is pretty cool. I'm going to try syncing my Xbox controller to my phone at some point, but I like what you got.
