My birthday is later this month, so between that and Christmas someone might give it to. But failing that I'll have birthday money and A Link Between Worlds is at the top of my list.

Everything in 3D Land is, well, more bite-sized. I think it has the creativity of Galaxy but in a more traditional Mario context. Good stuff, however you slice it
And I'm so excited to play Metroid Prime again. It's been years. I just have a few games to get out of the way first...

I agree. The whole game is exaggerated. It's the style they decided to go with. And all the layers the map has when it moves makes me wish there was a 3DS version lol
I spent 71 hours, though it was probably a little more from dying and having to reload. I was definitely ready for it to be over too.
Are the Metal Slug games compatible with your arcade unit?
Yes, sir, it is. It's so easy to get a couple here and a couple there and they really start to add up 
We had Metal Slug X for the PS1 when I was a kid and we played it all the time! I've never played any of the later ones, so I'm really looking forward to those.
