I have a fond memory of renting Partners and completing it. I had it from Gamefly and bought the game afterward. I still need to finish the first one and Inside Story, which I have.
I've love to buy a better TV, but I don't really need it. My cheapo 1080p flat screen has worked fine for at least five years now. Also, I got another one just like it at Goodwill for $25 to use at home. Why spend so much just for 4K. It's not so great.
I figure I should be able to do all the basic functions of a game in the first hour or so. If not, something is wrong with the game.
I played the first Ni No Kuni too, but I couldn't get very far with that battle system. Ni No Kuni II is much easier to manage.
I've beaten Partners in Time before, but it's been a while. I probably love it because it's easier than the other ones and I got through it all. I like it when I can finish a game.
Well, I like getting stuck, because then I can go try something new. Also, if you know how to draw a weapon in Bloodborne, let me know. It's so boring looking things up. I'd rather hear it from a person.
I'm sure I tried Zelda 2 in the 90s when I was collecting. I was probably frustrated with the difficulty and didn't play it very long. I admire a difficult game, but don't like playing them.
I really miss my Vita for that screen. One day I'll get an OLED TV.
I love them, just why, oh why do they have to have such obscure solutions. I get it, they're padding the game to take longer, but damn that frustrates me. To look up a guide makes me feel like a failure. I'm not going to do it. Maybe. . .

It was a Toyota Scion xA. Probably had about 220K miles on it when it happened. Note to self, ditch car at 200K miles.
It definitely feels like a PC game. I like it a lot. I'm going to play it again just to create a new player. So many variations on a character type. It's neat.
I still think about that OLED screen in the first version of the Vita. Those images were so great. It made me an OLED fan.
