Im going to end up with both new consoles anyway, and I also love portables, iphone and PC so I don't know what that makes me? Because I love old JRPGS and iphone games, I am not hardcore? Only CoD and WoW players are hardcore these days. I'm just a collector I suppose? 3DS Rules them all this year anyway!
Leveling is faster when in a group. I like the social aspect of MMOs too, so leveling is whatever. I like fishing, which is just leisure according to devs.
yeah the world is online status, but could also be full of players, locking you out. I think because no one is subscribing the first month SE figures let the players become beta testers, this game doesn't need to work. Oh the backlash will come swift and hard. I could only get on late at night, so everybody must be on right now. It's only Day 2.
That's too bad! When the game gets going it gets good. All these trip ups and missteps is going to piss off a lot of people. There are some die hards that are waiting it out a couple of weeks until SE gets their shit together. I don't blame them. As for me, well I was lucky in being a legacy player, so I got full access yesterday and I got my old character back from 1.0 with all my old stuff, and classes leveled up. So I like SE for that. I also got onto my old server "Balmung" which is a legacy server. I was able to play last night for a while.
Yeah. It's getting bad. I hate to say it. I've seen post regarding lawsuits for bad products and players feeling cheated for poor early access and woes and troubles regarding DLC and so forth. When we can switch servers or server traffic lets up maybe we can all play on a backup world with ALT characters. We have up to 8 I think, so all we can do is wait. I haven't had too bad a time like otherse, so I might be biased.
I hope you get some enjoyment dude. The game can be fun. Launch is definitely a disaster again.
Sometimes Balmung gets full, but you can try to find me and we can level up fast if you like. I'm on US West Coast time.
