My wife and I have been playing LEGO Batman 2 on our 3DSes. It's a fun, goofy game. I've been playing Mass Effect 3 as well, but I never seem to get enough time with it.
They put up another season of New Girl on Netflix recently, so we've been trying to catch up. Love Zooey Deschanel. Oh, and Doctor Who, of course.
Finished reading volume 2 of Neil Gaiman's Sandman last night. Really good!

That's cool. I wouldn't have expected Tails's game to be any good, and on the Game Gear at that! Nice to see that the developers understood the character and didn't try to shoehorn him into a Sonic experience.

I bought that bundle for SteamWorld Dig but Hammerwatch looks really cool too.
Mario 2 may just be Doki Doki Panic...but that game was still made by the Mario team. Kirby is certainly fun though. Kind of like a comfort food game for me, I guess.
I know I haven't gotten to comment on all these Vaction posts but I still think this is such a cool idea and I've enjoyed the ones so far. Looking forward till when you can start it up again! The problem, of course, is that you're getting into much longer games now lol.
Good review. I always wanted to play Metro. I got Last Light on PS+ but, given my OCD personality, I can't play it till I play 2033. Glad I waited. Once I get a PS4, I'll be picking this up.
The moment-to-moment gameplay is great but I've heard that the game beyond that has something of an identity crisis. Tries to be everything to everybody and doesn't commit fully to anything 
I suppose I was your main—and sometimes only—commentor on those reviews. They were good! But also must have been a lot of work, so I can't blame you for not carrying on. I'll definitely watch those when I get a chance. I really enjoyed the first season, terrible finale notwithstanding.
Controller support is becoming really prevalent. I'm hoping to get one on Black Friday but I don't know which to go for. There are so many and they all have problems
