I was really excited by this on XBLA when it came out, but I've kind of put it on the back burner for now. I guess the fact that I've played all these games before has me playing other things first.
I've played Fable III. I liked it. I seem to remember the inventory system was a little strange but I don't think I used it all that much. It's not the kind of RPG where you have to constantly adjust your equipment. I think I played it with very little thought to the things you normally agonize over in hard core RPGs. That's why I kind of think of it as an action game. Fable II is the more hard core RPG of the series. I still need to finish that one.
If these new consoles don't appeal to me, at least I'll have more time to dig deeper into my backlog and all the games I've missed this gen.
All games going digital will definitely take some of the interest away from buying games for me. That object still appeals to my inner caveman. I'm not ready future!!!
How about Hogs of War [PS] as a downloadable game with new levels and more hilarious voice work by Rik Mayall (Young Ones, Drop Dead Fred). It's basically 3D Worms with Pigs in a cartoonish WWI setting; a perfect turn-based multiplayer game.
Yes! KOTOR 1 and 2 all fixed up and HDified on one disc would be awesome!
By spoilers I mean of the comic itself. So far there's nothing at all to spoil about the game. They haven't revealed who the Fireflies are or what the plague is all about yet and I don't think they will. The game will do that. This is just about laying out the setting and establishing who Ellie is.
I still don't have a smart phone, so when I see a friend use Siri, I get all excited and wish I had one. I really thought Microsoft was going to put something similar into the Xbox One. I guess it'll be a One-way conversation with that device. So behind the times. LOL.
I've been talking to my Xbox 360 for a while now. It doesn't answer me. Will Xbox One? I need Siri on there telling me my wireframe needs a workout. How else am I going to get off the couch.
