I've watched friends play games in the main series. I've never been that impressed with their graphical style.

I'm excited to get into it sometime. The multiple stories are interesting.
Yeah, that's part of what drew me to the game too. I gotta find a place to keep a Nintendo system hooked up.
I've played several hours of the first game several different times and I think I bought the second one on a sale recently. The only thing that worries me about T3 is the same thing that started annoying me about Diablo III. They reward you with these tiny incremental upgrades to your gear, like, 3% gain on a weapon or piece of armor. I am not going to keep playing for that kind of reward. It's like, why do I have a savings account giving me .01% interest or getting $1.50 back from clicking a cashback reward on a credit card for buying from a particular company for a month or two. It's totally meaningless and a waste of time. That's not a reward.
Ooo, I want to play those but Torchlight III won and now I'm in it for the long haul; or, at least until it decides to kill me over and over.
I like Kartkraft. I think I played a pro kart racing game not too long ago on Xbox. I forget what it was called though. Also, it was too realistic for me in the controls.
The first Pokemon game I played was Pokemon Snap on N64. In fact, I've played more spin-off Pokemon games than any in the main series. The second was Pokemon Stadium. I forget how I even got a copy or what motivated me to play it but it was probably Pokemon Snap. The third was Pokemon Conquest. I've only played an hour of it though so far.
The other games you mentioned sound really interesting. I love Intelligent Systems so I may have to keep my eyes open for one of those and play it.
I really can't think of a favorite but that's probably because I never played any of the main series games. I've always meant to remedy that one day.
After playing through it three times I can now understand the criticism that came out in 2010. The game promised a lot but was generally pretty mediocre.
I think I played a few hours of FFXV recently? Is that the road trip one? I was kind of getting into it when I stopped.
I'd like to get some more Amiibos. I probably should dig up the ones I already have to make sure I don't get the same ones twice.
