Update: Birthday Edition

Posted on 12/18/2013 at 06:36 PM | Filed Under Blogs

The problem is I don't know.  The sales are everyday until the end of the year.  Each sale only lasts that day.  I'm currently a little short on cash, so I hate to spend money on one sale and not have enough money for others sales that pop up.  Just this morning, I bought 3 games.  There are more than a few games I would like to get... Ducktales, Sine Mora, Snoopy Flying Ace, Retro City Ransom, Monkey Island 2, Joe Danger 2, Giana Sisters, Dungeons & Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara, and probably a few others that I hadn't thought of yet.  At any day, any of these games can go on sale (or not) and I want to have the funds to get them.  Right now, Spelunky is at $3.74! Surprised

I'm not sure if I'd like this or not.  As I'm getting older, I like playing games alone more.  I can see that chatting live would make communicating easier though.

Happy Birthday!

I thought I would love Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen.  I played the demo for the original game and enjoyed.  I tried playing DD:DA and I just couldn't get into it.

Spelunky is on sale today on XBL.  I've been debating if I should put down the money for it or not.  I'm low on cash lately and I may want to spend my money on other games that are coming up on sale it the next few days.

I said, "real ending", but it's probably better I use "2nd quest".  The ending for the 2nd quest is a little different from the ending of the 1st quest.  To start a new game on the 2nd quest, just name your save Zelda

I own many of the games on your list and hadn't played them.

I was a bit disappointed with the Dreamcast Collection.  I was just hoping for more games.  Or maybe better games.

It's been a long time since I played the first game.  I have it on my 3DS too.  I never beat it the 2nd time to get the "real" ending.

I use Energizer and Rayovac AA rechargeable batteries in my 360 controllers.  I've had most of them for about 4 years.  I use the 360 Energizer charger to charge my batteries.  You just plug the controllers into the charger dock.  I got mine from Walmart.  I've seen a different version of it at GameStop.

Major Trouble Blogging

I have the same issues.  Before posting, I make a copy of the blog on my desktop with text document.  If the blog doesn't post, I have that copy to paste it back in and repost.  As for the large images, I have that problem too and usually it goes away after a day.

You can get a NeoGeo Pocket as cheap as $20 off ebay.  I picked up mine many years ago.  I paid about $30 for it.  I would like to get another one.
