I've never been very interested in open world games but I've never really given one a chance. Sooner or later I'm going to get around to Red Dead Redemption though. And New Vegas. Sometime...
It's a strange system Bungie has put in place for worldbuilding. You collect Grimoire cards that fill in info on what's going on or info about your enemies or just background history stuff but there is no way to look at them in game. You have to go to Bungie's website and login there to see them. Seems like a needless step. I still haven't gone to see them, even though I'm sure I'd enjoy reading them. I'm sure that's true for the majority of players
I've always wanted to play the Genesis Strider but have never gotten the chance. I have the arcade version on a PSP collection of Capcom games but only ever tried it once. I should give it another go.
You stopped after one ending?! I've gotten four, each playthrough shining light on a different aspect of the story or characters. I'm working on getting the "best" ending at the moment. You should definitely give it another shot.
Well the internet probably doesn't do you many favors then
I have Guacamelee on my computer thanks to Humble Bundle but haven't played it yet. Glad I waited so I can use a nice controller for it. I'm surprised it's taken this long for The Unfinished Swan to show up on PS+ but I played that back in January. Good thing too! Would have felt like an idiot for paying for it, like, two years ago and never playing it before it was free. Dodged a bullet there lol.
Sonic Rush is focused on being really fast all the time, which is cool and all, but I kept flying/falling off of things and dying. I powered through and beat the game but by the end it was a chore. Maybe I was doing something wrong? I dunno. Perhaps you'd like it more.
I think del Toro was the single best person to bring that creepy psychological focus back to the series. I was really looking forward to this game, so it's cancellation is really sad. Stupid Konami is probably making a stupid Silent Hill pachinko game instead.
