RE1 Remake on Gamecube and Revelations were very good actually. I recommend.

$10 aint bad for PS3. It's like $5 on 360. I still think Revelations is closer to the classic experience, or RE6 has way more content honestly, like 3 games in one. 

I used all the characters throughout playthrough. Why? The dude with the scopes on his face like Splinter Cell is good because he can see ammo locations on the minimap.

Do you have the game on PS3? You can solo but the AI is derpy! Not impossible though.

Are you an RE fan? If you are I don't think this will add much to the existing narrative, it's more of a sideways story like the show "Lost" used to do, like "meanwhile, on the otherside of Racoon City..."). If you aren't an RE fan, this might not get you into it either. Maybe try the Chronicles game for Wii or PS Move.

I thought RDR was a nice departure from the GTA car formula. Was there a sequel? I don't remember a sequel?

I highly recommend Velocity 2X and TxK for VITA. They are FREE and there is no reason why you shouldn't give them a try. It will make your gaming cred on the street much hipper, and people on the curb will say, "that gamer is cool". They are superb gaming choices! I'm also playing All Stars. Not sure about Hoard? What's that all about?

 Deadly Premonition is $5.39 and a bunch of EA games are on sale as well, like Dead Space, Battlefield, etc.

Left 4 Dead already has a level like this. Also, I think Dead Island Riptide takes place in a swampy area too, but I haven't tried it. This is supposed to be more like Left 4 Dead, but it really looks and feels like Resident Evil, in other words-- I'm super stoked for this!!!
