I was just thinking today what you would compare today's games to in the early days. I'm thinking COD relates to the early games where you shoot things like Space Invaders. For a game like Assassin's Creed, I thought Superman on Atari 2600 would be appropriate. Both have an open world where you have to complete some mission. It's funny to me to compare such wildly different games that still have some basic concepts in common. 

I still have to play that. Most people do think 2 is the best of the series.

I guess it's no worse than Disney's Aladdin or the Shantae games. I though it looked amazing graphically. 

I didn't check if the Taito collection had 4 player co-op. Nothing I've read on wiki suggests it doesn't though.

Enemy Front isn't too bad. It's like $30 now too. I've actually spent a lot of time with it now. Your comment about Nazi bodies disappearing in Wolfenstein N.O. isn't true here. You can even pick them up and throw them arround. 

Awe, Valiant Hearts is going to be awesome. I'm playing it this weekend. 

There are more albums, but they're not really counted for anything in the game that I've seen. At least for achivements/trophies that is. I've actually forgot about them in playing the game for achievements. The link above showcases all that exist though. Funny stuff. I wish I could download them all and listen to them all the time on my ipod. 

That language, Japanese I'm assuming, does sound a little bit like Ob. LOL. Ob cracks me up. I can't listen to it without giggling.

I never finished DQ8. I got to almost 100 hours before fatigue set in. 100 hours is my limit on almost any game before I get the itch to play something else.

I've been considering the free aspect of World of Warcraft just to try it out. I'm not much of a PC gamer anymore though. I'm too worried about issues that might happen or fixes I may have to make by installing new programs. 

I'm always coming across titles I never heard of before on systems. A lot of stuff is published, some just don't get much visibility or even good distribution. I don't think I ever saw Growl in the arcades, but then it did come out in 1990 when I was pretty much not going to them anymore.

I liked the Mako sections because I could land on so many planets and tool around on them. Yea, there's not much to do there, but I still thought it was cool. The views were pretty awesome and I posted a bunch of them on 1UP just before the end. . . Damn, I think one of my last posts was about this but I can't open 1UP right now. Either they're down temporarily, or down for good. I'm going to try tomorrow to see if it's still there.
