It's definitely as good as the first Xillia game, in my opinion. It's a direct sequel, so most of the characters and locations from the first game are back, and it takes place a year after the events of the first game. New main character, and they've added a "find all 100 missing cats for the crazy cat lady" collectible quest, and then you can send the cats off to various locations you've visited to bring back stuff for you.

I didn't see me at first, either. It wasn't until a friend told me they'd seen me on the news that I even knew it existed. At this point, due to getting interviewed a lot because of my job (a lot = more than twice, as far as I'm concerned), I'm kind of "meh" about the whole thing, and at the park, most of us usually yell "not it!" when we find out the media is coming. I'd rather be behind the camera than in front of it.

I get the butchering of names. To this day, I still have Norwegian friends who can't get the pronunciation of my first name right. The way they say it sounds like they're calling me Tommy. I have no scruples what-so-ever just coming right out and asking people what the proper pronunciation is.

Matt, it was actually pretty funny. The two of us were standing there facing each other and yelling and it was like Moses parting the Red Sea the way people were avoiding us. And I'm sure people were delightfully scandalized.

Travelling in Europe is a lot cheaper when you're under the age of 26, too. Granted this was a long time ago, but I was paying about $4 a night to stay in some youth hostels.
