I saw a cover of a magazine about collectibles recently that said video games were hot items to trade and sell right now. I'm not sure the reason, but I'm happy it's thriving. It means this stuff will still be out there for me to pick up one day.

I'm happy I found one that has so much stuff. I always feel like games and consoles are so hard to find, but at this store, I can get pretty much anything whenever I'm ready to do so.
Yeah, seems to be a lot of people making money to live, why can't I?
I just need something I can stand and gives me at least a basic living. Seems like it's too much to ask of this society.
Thanks. On a brighter note, I found a retro game store I never knew about today and it was loaded with everything you could imagine. They didn't have the Dragon Quest IV I wanted though. Rats!
Animated seems the best way to tell the Mortal Kombat story, and I like that they focused on one character's backstory.
Those early Sega carts and boxes are just so plain in design. Who thought of that? No visual appeal at all. Might as well have been productivity software instead of games.
I love the cartridge media. I used to have a lot of them but now it's just a few. It's mostly CDs and DVDs in my collection and now I'm cutting back on those too. I think I have more digital games now than physical and now that streaming has started on the Xbox console, I think I might start not even needing a hard drive to store anything at all.
I have Ultimate but I don't have the PC to run anything like Age of Empires, which I desperately want to play. PC only though.
Some GP games are steamable on console but not all.
F1 Race Stars looks good. I always love F1 racing but those games are too hard core for me. A Mario Kart style might be just what I've been looking for.
Hob! The Torchlight II devs. Oh yes. I'll be watching for this one.
Slay looks really interesting.
I'm going to be working on Black Friday but only until 4:30, so maybe I'll cruise through some stores and see what appeals, impulsively.
Gears was fun. I started with 3 and worked backwards.
Streaming is a thing now on Xbox. Not sure how a big action game like Gears would run but that Octopath Traveller was super smooth. My friend's place (where I play mostly) has a pretty good internet connection. Maybe that's why. If I tried that at home, I know my connection wouldn't handle it.
I think it was Cassette Beasts
