I figured you'd get this game. I'm looking forward to the US release.
Did you get to play Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE on Wii U?

Love this game. I got the PS2 collectors' edition, and it was the last PS2 game I ever preordered. I'd always wanted to play the Sakura Taisen series ever since the Saturn was a thing and was thrilled when NISA announced they were localizing this one. I wish the rest of the series had made it over.
Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, and Super Mario 64. SM64 holds up the best for me because I felt like the Gamecube Zeldas blew the N64 Zeldas out of the water. Other favorites include Mario Kart 64, Star Fox 64, Ogre Battle 64, Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon, Perfect Dark, Castlevania: Legacy of Darkness, It had some good games and SM64 was groundbreaking, but it's my least favorite Nintendo console (aside from Virtual Boy of course).
I have a copy of Zero Escape for 3DS, but haven't started it yet. :(
I've always wanted to take part in Extra Life. I won't be able to this year, though, because I work weekends right now. I'd like to stream out Valkyria Chronicles, Nights of Azure, or a fighting game. What games are you playing.
I need to get this game. I have the PS1 version but it doesn't look this nice.
I'd probably get Fancy Cats if Erin had actually been involved in it.
For me, the real launch date of the PS1 was September 7, 1997. I was totally uninterested in PS1 until Final Fantasy VII came out. It also opened the RPG floodgates for other games like Xenogears, Lunar 1 and 2, Tales, and of course FF8, FF9, and FF Tactics. I was in heaven. I got a few non-RPGs like Resident Evil and Tekken 3, but otherwise my PS1 was a RPG machine through and through.
I grew up on Atari and Nintendo. I got the Game Boy for Christmas the year it came out in 1989, only I was 11 years old (almost 12). For my 12th birthday two weeks later I got the rechargeable battery pack which was nearly as big as the Game Boy itself. One of my favorite old school Game Boy games was Kid Icarus: Of Myths and Monsters, which was better than the NES game. I later got a GBC, a GBA, a DS, and a 3DS. Besides the Zelda and Pokemon games, one thing I enjoy about Nintendo's handhelds are the Dragon Quest games that were ported to the GBC and DS.
I'm looking forward to FFXV more and more. I was concerned about it for awhile myself, given Square Enix's problems with FFXIII (which I enjoyed) and FF Versus/XV itself. And Square Enix's weak console showing on PS3/Xbox 360/Wii. Most of what was enjoyable from them was stuck on DS or PSP.
That said, they've done quite a nice turnaround on PS4, though they still have a ways to go before they catch up to the days of Final Fantasy XII and Dragon Quest VIII. Two of my favorite games of last year were Square Enix titles, Final Fantasy Type-0 and Dragon Quest Heroes. And everything I've seen on FFXV looks and plays great. Can't wait for November.
FF Type-0 was really good. I loved it. And I like what I've seen of FFXV. Can't wait.
