I personally feel that the Silent Hill world just gives and gives. It can honestly be mined for more games with the right director. They really need to adjust the combat and controls because even I cannot defend them. I enjoy reading the lore and other materials based around the games. You should check out the game soundtracks and theme songs. They are pretty rad!
I really need to get through The Room and then get to Homecoming. I only watched the movie version of Homecoming and I honestly wish it were a real movie. I liked the twist ending and that soundtrack is really great. I hope to do all this before PT or whatever Kojima is doing with Daryll from Walking Dead?
I honestly think it's really designed to be played with friends or coop. It's pretty tuff even in the early stages. I like challenges though and I just really love the world design. I'm stumped.
This is why I've avoided playing the games. I'm more interested in the lore and narrative. Not so happy with combat choices.
I remember zombie creatures from the first KOTOR, the infected mutant people were quite scary too. Mostly because they appear early in the game and power and health items are low for my chars at the beginning of the game.
You should download the Bayonetta 2 demo. It's really good!

Are you playing Silent Hill 3 on PS2? I just finished playing it recently. It still holds up pretty well. I played the HD version on PS3 though. What do you have against San Diego?
Book of Memories is hard! I need to get back in as well. How many stages are there any way? I wonder if there is some sort of online community left for it?
It's more practical. The boxes take up way too much shelf space. I got games going back to SNES, Gameboy etc. Too much.
