Well, no, gale force winds. But I kinda like the sound of game force winds. It would make for an awesome excuse: "I'm sorry, I can't come out today, there are game force winds blowing and I have to stay home and finish Tales of Xillia 2."

One of my favorite GBA games. Kept me sane during my three weeks away from home when I had to take a law enforcement class.
Thanks, Peter! Like I said, it was so, so very tempting to just give up at that one point. It's funny, but that inspiration to finish came from thinking about Iditarod mushers like Jake Berkowitz who dislocated his knee early on, popped it back into place, and kept on mushing. I figured if someone could do that, then a mere 4.25 mile snowshoe course was nothing. That, and I really want that Badass designation.
Yeah, the blizzard yesterday missed us completely, but I still have a five foot snow drift to contend with from the game force winds last night. At least the water heater pipes didn't freeze this time, knock on wood.
Congrats for knocking two games off Mt Backlog!
My weekend consisted of snowshoe race #2 and recovering from snowshoe race #2. Oh, and dealing with cold and gale force winds, again.
You'd be silly not to for that price, lol.
I'm envious you've made the console jump. I discovered I'm not as far behind on my rent as I originally thought, which gives me a little left over from tax refunds. I feel like I need to reward myself with something, but I think I'm going with a pair of running snowshoes and a good pair of trail running shoes instead of a console.
I think that's a great musical interpretation of Robotnik.
I'll be skipping the video, thanks for the warning.
I have the Metroid remake for the GBA, and I've maybe made it through two screens? Yeah, those games are HARD! And that's a direct quote from my then 14-year-old nephew when I introduced him to Sonic's UGC.
