Assuming she bought a higher-end prosumer camera (can get in the $3000s new, depending on model), the latest Final Cut Pro ($1000+), and let's assume she's incredibly dumb and bought a Chyron for those over the shoulder graphics and an oversized green screen, $6,000 in't bad, but it's still not necessary to do ... that.
