I never played the Legends series, but a Mega Man developed by P+ does sound awesome.

Second time I've seen a review mention there's a funny level that's a parody of political pundits; may need to look this up on Youtube for some laughs.

It was fun, I remember it being a bit hard, though. Not sure how realistic the water physics were, but they were damn pretty, and it really did feel like you were on it, waves and all.
I think it was Kayshire Cat that got it for a dollar, so you might be able to find it at an amazing price, apparently!

Well, the Gamecube is also my favorite Nintendo console, and I admire the PS2's library. So we are agreed, minus the RPGs, which seems to be a trend between me and everyone else on this site. lol
N64 is my second favorite system, because like you, it's when I was really hardcore into gaming. Never was as interested in FPS, so I did play Goldeneye a lot with friends, but Smash Bros. was my favorite.
I really like Pokemon Blue and DK64 as well.
