Sounds really cool. Lots of reading and turn-based battles sounds like most of my teenage board gaming.

I dig. I dig with a Pina Colada. Ah, now that's cool.
Yea, I did without the beer that weekend. It's my usual dieter's sort of drink, seltzer water.
Question is. Who owns Diddy Kong Racing, Rare or Nintendo. Seems like maybe Nintendo might because it has Diddy Kong.
I do like Gary Numan especially when I saw them on Old Grey Whistle Test as Gary Numan and the Tubway Army. They did "Are friend's electric?".
I finally beat Chester tonight, but now I'm stuck in the Lava area. I don't see a way out yet, but I'm sure there is one.
So far it's really good, but it might be too darn hard. I'm on the third boss fight with Black-Hearted White Knight (or Chester) and he mopped the floor with me several times. I'm not sure what strategy I need to use, I tried everything so far. Maybe with a little research I can figure him out. . . just read that I need to avoid his attacks with dashes and jump over his dash and attack him from behind - one of those long boring fights where you have to run around like crazy, bah! It kind of frustrates me that a boss seems so tough this early in the game. Anyway, I'll try him again tonight. Hopefully I can keep going. It's been fun so far.
Well, it uses "cute" characters, but is more horror themed. It was mentioned in this article at: http://gaminghistory101.com/2012/03/05/cute-em-up/ so I put it on the list.
I'm not sure if I unlocked Fantasy Zone on that collection. I have to go and look.
I played the demo for it a while back, but I wasn't inclined to buy it for some reason. I'll wait for a sale too. Apparently crushing people by landing on them was in the original game too.
YES! That's what I'm hoping too. They've added scenes to it from what I've heard and really upgraded the graphics. I'm on that day-one if it happens.
I still have to try them out, but from what I've read, the games look and play really well, but the sound is in mono. This probably doesn't matter for the Atari/Coleco/Intellivsion ones, but for the Genesis, it kinda sucks. I did notice the Genesis one has the game Crack Down. I've always wanted to check that one out.
