I should have emphasized that I don't like AC games. The only exception was 2, but because Venice Italy was just gorgeous and that alone was worth running around and exploring. Never cared for the gameplay. Here the gameplay is similar, except you can use mounts sometimes, but the world is butt ugly.

I enjoyed the LOTRO movies more than you I guess. I do love the novels and I think the Lego games are super fun. This game does have some flashbacks of Mordor in it's better days, kind of looks like Rivendell populated by elves which is neat I guess? I actually like seeing Mordor before it fell apart, but the game is very button mashy and hack-slash.

In terms of games I think the Lego games capture the spirit of adventure more and the LOTRO online MMO captures the world the best, the Shire, Tom Bambodill, Gondor etc. 

Overhype- everytime a new Sonic game is announced that will save the franshise.

Underhype- Dragon Age 2, I recently played through and loved it. Reviewers be damned!

So the game was literally broken before patch? Ouch! 

Why is the game bad? Maybe ask Lee for tips? He says its great.

And you feel great about it I'll bet. "I paid full price for this awesome game and its worth it, reviews be damned!" As long as you enjoy the game what does it matter what people think. Actually, you do have a point here, if reviews are bad, no one will buy  it thus no more localizations.  Honestly, you are the master of these types of game. Just put your own review out and put some tips in for beginners.

War in the North was great, but I honestly felt it was too hard to play solo. Quite fun though!

Have you found a review that better fits your opinion of it? We've been through the 'this reviewer sucks' thing a lot on this site and I think most agree to stick to reviewers that better suit our taste in games. You've played enough of these types of games that I'd probably read your opinion before trying one out honestly. This also seems to be a kind of niche game that I doubt mainstream sites would give proper attention to. 

As much as I would love to experience a snowy holiday, I'm loving the 90 degree weather in Los Angeles currently. Beer n Barbecue! Not very Christmassy, but I wouldn't trade it for anything! 

I do love the Constantine show. It's very comic bookie and the main character looks like a cosplayer which I love. Flash is also very good. I think I like it more than any other comic book show. 1.Flash 2. Constantine. 3. Arrow 4. Gotham 5. Once Upon A Time (I know it aint comic book, but still) 

The Fellowship book is so hard to get going. Takes forever to leave the shire, good lord! Fun read nonetheless.

I got Deadly Prem ultimate last month on PSN for like 6 dollars. Pretty awesome!

I just picked up Injustice - that DC fighting game for $5 on Steam. Can't wait!

Also, the Diablo 3 Expansion Reapers is on sale for like $20 this week, as well as the main game, so Diablo 3 PC 20, Expansion another 20 which is good because the expansion alone is like 40 usually.
