Never played it, but have seen the Angry Joe rant a while back. Man, that inventory made him an Angry Joe.

Yeah, it's worth seeing in theaters, I think.

Now that you mention it, I do hear the TOS TV theme in there a bit early on. Convenient that I watched "Space Seed" on Youtube just yesterday, cause otherwise I'm not sure I'd know what I was supposed to listen for (I got in with the '09 movie). It even sounds a bit like the movie themes for a Star Wars/Trek later on.  It actually reminds me most of the opening to Super Smash Bros. Melee though, or at least that's the visual I get once it goes from the Super Metroid theme to the bulk of the song.

It's not a bad thing for a song, it's a good song, it's just hard to get over the cognitive dissonance I experience when I try to match it to the overall feel of Metroid games.

Such a good 80s song, with such creepy applications. lol

I wonder if they're currently programming a "man-eater."

What interests me about console wars is that ever since I was young and it was Gamecube vs. XBOX, at some point it's mentioned that someone inserts their genitals into one of the products.

Also, those kids in the "Fade to Black" video killed whatever I could do in high school with that song. Talented.
