Yea, you can dye most items but not legendary ones unfortunately. I had to actually down dress just to get all my clothes dyed in Lovely Dye for the challenges of beating each boss dressed all Pink. You have to find the merchant that has the Lovely Dye too.
Maybe Valkyria Chronicles III could make it to NA sometime. I want that.
