I tried to have a backup in OpenOffice, but it wouldn't let me copy to a document in that program, so I just uploaded the blog I wrote to my Blogger account and provided a link to it on my newest blog here on Pixlbit.

Yeah, they stick pretty close to the book in the first one, but there's definitely stuff missing. I really would have liked to explain where those dogs at the end come from a little better, I thought that was a really sinister and intersting surprise in the book, but in the movie they're just bad-CGI dogs.
And Korra gets way worse in the second season, yes. I didn't put any spoilers in my review of the second season in this blog if you want to know how.
I see you're a Regina Spektor fan. Carry on.
Cool to see Twitch in action.
Had to look that one up. Indeed, I will get the blog out there, lol.
Sounds like an old-looking, fun time. Nice fake-out.
Wolfwood is a good character, but I love his desing most of all. He just looks ridiculous and cool, and so does his gun.
Netflix is a life-saver. House of Cards is pretty decent so far. I've only seen four episodes, and I really liked the second, the other three were pretty good, but nothing spectacular. Since other people seem to love it and it's only 12 episodes, I'll give it a chance.
What I really love watching is Breaking Bad, which I missed when it was first airing. Now that's a great show. I'm on the second episode of Season 2 now. I also might start watching Orange is the New Black again, that one's getting good as well, and I have the Netflix original Lovelace in my watch list. I hope Netflix grows as an online network.
I grew accustomed to APA over the course of the semester. I think it was just the idea of having to learn a new style that seemed daunting. Mostly though, I just had to learn the citation format, so it wasn't that bad. But once it gets into tables and figures and such, and whatever it is you have to do for dissertations my professor said led him to want to put gun metal in his mouth, I imagine I'll want to kill someone. In a video game. Over and over. Legally and without real-world repercussions.
Hey, I dig retro reviews, so more power to ya.
I am. Like a cat. lol Nice to see you again by the way, I guess you came back here during the time I was away.
Thank you. I appreciate it.
