I have Forgotten Lands now, but didn't get to it this week. Maybe on Monday, July 4th.

I read one or two of the comics that show was based on. It was okay. I didn't get into it overmuch. Interesting story though.
I had the same initial experience with it. I played for a few hours and then got distracted. Great game, and I eye the comics every week wondering if I should read them. The sequel has me thinking of reaquiring a PS4, seriously.
Yeah, I don't even read mysteries, but this kept my interest probably because of the scifi/cyberpunk aspects.
I got really hooked on Shadowrun Returns on Monday. For a PC game, it's darn well adapted for console. I had no trouble doing anything in the game. I also think the reason i was getting hooked is that the writing is good. I really got caught up in the murder mystery story and all the characters, good and bad.
I like games that give you an interactive moment to decide your character like entering the bathroom in Leather Goddesses to determine sex. DoubleFine games do that kind of thing as well.
I played Zork as my first PC gaming experience on an IBM 5150. I never finished it as I kept getting either lost or killed. I played it again recently because it is playable on a computer in a Call of Duty Black ops game (name I forget at the moment). I got killed there too.
I think the next similar game I played was Shadowgate on the Mac, but that wasn't just text.
It's interesting that you can sustain interest in a video game with only text. Oh wait, of course you can, that's a book. Ha ha.
I'm not sure how I got copies of those two games on PS2, but I still have them.
I loved MST3K back in the 90s when I used to watch it in the wee hours after work. Too bad the game is mutliplayer only. They should do a adventure/rpg with the robots. I loved those intermissions from the movies in the show.
You should do a special review series on the games of Neo Geo Pocket Color. I'd love to learn more about that system.
I want to play that Biomotor Unitron game.
I think I've almost completely forgotten everything in that movie already, but I enjoyed it at the time. Oh yeah, Scarlet Witch was a good badie. I'd consider reading a comic featuring her.
I looked for it on Xbox but didn't see it in the upcoming games list. I guess it'll pop up sometime soon though.
