I think this comes from up top at Zenimax and their lawyers, and it's a shame because Bethesda as a name will come out tarnished from this. Then again, most gamers couldn't give a damn about such things, so Bethesda might just get some negligible public damage.

For the brief time that I played this game I have to say that it plays very similar to games of yore like Zelda 2, but it just doesn't work so well in a 3-dimensional virtual world.
A lot of creepy stuff was said behind the scenes.
By the way, notice how Link lands after his awesome skydiving descent? With a sailcloth. I'm giddy at the thought that there will be some sea travelling.
I was already convinced by the E3 trailer, this is just icing on the cake.
