I played the the awakened fate ultimatum recently and it reminded me of you. Have you tried that game. It's really hard.

I love Scholar. I think it's the definitive version of DS2 and don't want to back to vanilla DS2.
Shovel Knight is just totally rad and you need to get playing right away. You can play it and play Resident Evil HD as a nice break from each other.
This popped up on my Twitter feed and looks amazing! I do love this game and having a physical book would be a nice keepsake.
I've been playing the new Killing Floor 2 Early Access, and boy has it got me hooked. Matches are supposed to consist of 6 players, but for some reason there have been like 50 players in the same match at a time and it's just completely bonkers. I haven't had this much fun since Left4Dead2. It's really quite bloody good!
I was actually very curious about what your take on it was. There is no last hitting mechanic and no item store either. The matches are pretty short, like 20 min, and they have objective based maps, so it's not all just pushing a lane. Despite the criticism of it being an accessible game for non-hardcore, there is some level of complexity beneath the surface, or so I've heard online.
I think blogging has been out for quite a while. I usually get more interaction from forums comment sections nowadays. It's too bad a lot of the bloggers at pixlbit have disappeared entirely. The other thing is that the new gen consoles have left me feeling behind with the newest, bestest things so I cant really comment or follow posts about new games on consoles anymore unless its an indie game or on Steam.
If you stopped writing, it would really be a shame. I honestly don't bother to read most reviews or opinion on any site except for yours really. I think they're all just too nice and PC when I just want an honest to god opinion. You're welcome to add me on my new twitter @asrealest if you'd like. I mostly use it to follow gaming news and other nerd stuff. I'd hate for you to completely disappear from the site.
I think Heroes is much easier to get into than Dota or Leauge. In fact, I think it's kind of it's own thing. I don't particularly like playing League or Dota, but this game is clicking with me for some reason.
People call it that, but it really isn't. While it's not as complicated as DoTA or League, it's complicated in it's own way.
I play with strangers all the time in MOBAs or MMOs. I guess consoles are different? This is more about you not having fun. I usually don't play co-op at all.
After Dark Souls 2 and Scholar of the First Sin, I don't want more Dark Souls at all. At least not in the near future. Part of my hesitation to get on board with Bloodborne is that I feel enough time hasn't passed from the last Souls game, DS2. After Scholar of the First Sin, I don't want any more Dark Souls in the near future. Not in a negative sense, but more like I've had more than enough for now. I've been playing Heroes of the Storm and Guild Wars 2 in the mean time, as well as some Mario Kart 200 CC and I'm just find with that.
Glad you enjoyed the game. Sounds awesome.
