I played a lot more Fable II today with Mark.

     I’m currently transitioning out of the psychology help and into physical help. No more anti-depressants needed, but now I’m on stuff to heal my back. I hope I can kick that too in a few weeks and get into some core strength exercises. Back issues are the absolute worst thing ever. Also, I got this new free app on my phone (also for pc) called MyFitnessPal, and it’s excellent for watching calories. You just log in your food and exercise, and it measures your calories (and other nutrients) against your goals for weight loss. I’m loving it and it’s really helping. Hopefully I can get to where I want to be within a year. It’s also kind of fun, but onto gaming.

I was recently transported to the year 1976. First, I told my 9-year-old self to get with it. Then I looked at what video games I could play. I’m shallow. Deal with it.

I had two days of hell with a back strain. Couldn't work, couldn't do mostly anything. Finally I got the right medication for it and I should be fine in a week or two. I did game today as planned before the Eagles game at 8:30. It was Fable II Pub Games and Fable II. 

You might think SuperChargers refers to that old Hot Wheels toy building that had rollers inside to propel the vehicles faster along that orange track. Or maybe you thought of Matchbox's super charger monster trucks series. Well this is Skylanders SuperChargers and they're all about the vehicles. I wonder that no one got sued over the name, now I think of it. 

Today I managed to avoid Forza Horizon 2 and dig into my list of freebees and back compat games. First up was the Fable II Pub Games (the whole Fable series just became availble of XBO) that I already owned. Then I played the whole of Gone Home (a games with gold freebee). Then I played a little bit of Halo: CE Anniversay (made back compat a week ago). Finally I saw the new Star Wars trailer during half time of the Monday Night Football game. 

I had to wait for a massive update on my PS4 that I haven't booted up in months, so I went back to Forza Horizon 2. Then, after I finally pulled myself away from it, I started Dragon Quest Heroes II and played it for several hours. 

Played a lot of Forza Horizon 2 today. I drove every road, found every barn, nearly completed the story of the game (I need 2 more championships), took pictures of 100 different cars, and switched from retro muscle cars to cult classics because I'd won all the retro muscle car races. There's still plenty left to do. Except for the final championships I need to win, I'm starting to look at the achievement list and work from that. 

I only have one figure/vehicle for this element, Smash Hit and his vehicle Thump Truck. They're great though - some of my favorites.
