BaD Good News for Club Nintendo Members...

No not bad news. News posted during BaD.

.... and this is not my BaD blog. Even I'm not that lazy.

For those Club Nintendo members with a ton of coins left you now have over 100 games to choose from. Virtual Console games for Wii U, Wii and 3DS plus some actual 3DS games.

Unfortunately I only have 135 points to my name which will get me only two things. Jack and squat. I'd definitely go for the Starfox 64 3D and Sticker Star if I had the 1400 points though.

I'm pretty excited about this. I have a little over 1,000 points, so I think I'm going to get the Wonderful 101 (I think it is 600 points) and then a couple virtual console games that I don't already own.

I know some people are disappointed because they like the physical stuff more than free games, but I'm the opposite. I only signed up for Club Nintendo several months ago when I realized that they were giving away free digital games. Luckily I'm the type of person that saves console boxes and such, so I was able to go back and register most of my nintendo stuff.

Yeah I've taken advantage over the years but my purchases fell of this year. If I had a Wii U I'd definitely pick up Wonderful 101.

I never had enough points to ever get anything good, so I gave what few codes I'd get to either my nephew Sawyer, or sometimes to a gamer friend that I knew had an account.

We're using some of our tax return (here in the US ) to get some Nintendo games we wanted to get eventually. By getting them now we can build up extra coins in Club Nintendo and get some free games. I'm sad that this is the end of Club Nintendo but at least this is a cool way to go out.

Thanks for reminding me. I think I have one more game to register and about 600 points sitting there. I better use them now. . . I got a 3DS game holder. I need one of those.
