I just beat Hotline Miami and have to say it was incredible.

The beautifully pictaresque neon tones in the game drive it. Literally, they feed the experience. Never have I played a game as remotley excellent as Hotline Miami. 

The story...oh gads! The story was bat-shit insane. The music as mentioned was incredibly craftful. The game play was the peace de resistance to the game.

Ya know when people say games have to have good fucking game play. This a full-on ode to what good game play is. Plus, the graphics were not only different but highly refreshing.

Oh and another awesome piece of gameplay that is integral to the story are masks. Masks serve a purpose in the game. At first I was confused at the situation that was presented. Then I understood each mask did something entirely awesome.

The ending left me with like a what the fuck movie moment. Just play it and have a blast.

I forgot the name of the studio but they did an incredible job. Oh god damn! The difficulty of the game can wear you down at times. If you push on through you will be rewarded not handsomely but rewarded in the game's own right.

Go start killing. Also, maybe you want to answer that phone. Ya know, the one that is ringing right fucking now!

Have you played Hotline Miami. It should be called The crazy fucking adventures of a guy that answers the phone. And then wears masks so as to kill people. Or the top down adventures of Mr. Phone Answering Man and his walkabout through awesome neon buildings with bitching music.
